RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ClarityGuard. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you choose to return your order, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your package and the shipping provider you choose.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest method is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
